By participating in the Promotion, each entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to the fullest extent permitted by law to be bound to: (i) these Official Rules including, without limitation, the granting to Sponsor, among other things, of a license to use entrant’s name, likeness, image, etc., and their Entry (as hereinafter defined) and all content therein) (ii) the Promotion application terms of use (if any) (iii) any terms of service or other policies provided on Sponsor’s website and (iv) any additional instructions, terms and conditions specific to the Promotion communicated by Sponsor.
